Jolacart Return & Replacement Policy

🛒 Returns

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, intimate apparel, personal care products, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
  • Condition: Returned products must be in the same condition as received. Damaged or altered items will not be accepted.

🔄 Replacements

  • Defective or wrong item: If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, Jolacart will provide a free replacement.
  • Timeline: Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Process: Contact our customer support team with order details and photos of the item. Once verified, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.

💰 Refunds

  • We do not refund, we replace defective products 

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customer responsibility: For returns not due to Jolacart’s error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Jolacart responsibility: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Jolacart covers the shipping charges.
